What’s Not Included
- Repairs or Replacement Parts – If your system needs a fix, we’ll give you a clear quote first. No pressure, no surprises.
- Labor for Warranty Work – We’re happy to help with parts warranty claims. Just know that manufacturer coverage depends on factors like product registration, original ownership, and whether the issue meets their replacement criteria. Labor is typically not included under those warranties.
- Seasonal Maintenance – Regular maintenance isn’t part of a diagnostic, but it is included in our Total Comfort Plans.
Heads-up: Most HVAC manufacturers require annual maintenance to keep warranties active. If a part is noisy but not completely failed—or if maintenance hasn’t been kept up—they may not approve the claim. We’ll explain your options and help handle the paperwork.
If the part is covered under warranty, you’ll just pay for:
- Our standard labor to install it
- Any shipping or freight costs
- A flat $50 warranty processing fee
