Labor & Craftsman Warranty
- Installations: Lifetime Craftsman Warranty against defects in workmanship for the life of the system.
- Labor: New installations and repairs include a two-year labor warranty from the completion date.
- Coverage applies under normal residential conditions with proper system maintenance.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
Most systems include a manufacturer parts warranty (commonly up to 10 years with timely registration). We register qualifying equipment on your behalf when possible.
Important: Manufacturer coverage typically includes parts only. Diagnostic time, travel, and labor for replacement are not covered unless within our labor warranty period. Diagnostic fees may still apply.
American Standard
Register within 60 days of installation for Registered Limited Warranty terms (typ. 10-year parts).
Mitsubishi Electric
Systems installed by a Diamond Contractor® and registered within 90 days are eligible for the best warranty terms.
Maintenance Plan Member Benefits
- Annual labor warranty extension with an active Total Comfort Plan membership
- Priority service with 24-hour response (Mon–Sat)
- Detailed maintenance reports via measureQuick® (where applicable)
Exclusions & Limitations
- Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs
- Damage from pests, flooding, corrosion, or electrical faults
- Neglected maintenance or improper filters
- Diagnostic fees may apply even when a part is under manufacturer warranty
Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. Authorized Service Required
Only Endeavor or our authorized technicians may perform warranty work.
2. Claim Deadlines
Claims must be made within the applicable coverage period. Retroactive claims are not guaranteed.
3. Homeowner Access
Clear access to equipment and service records is required for review.
4. Scope of Coverage
Workmanship-related items from installation; excludes refrigerant, diagnostics, and shipping fees.
5. Effective Date
Begins on the installation date or invoice date, whichever is earlier.
6. Maintenance Requirement
Routine filter changes and seasonal tune-ups are required to maintain coverage.
7. Non-Transferability
Not transferable unless approved in writing during a real estate transaction.
8. External Damage
Weather, fire, misuse, and power surges are excluded.
9. Emergency Service
Warranty work performed during regular hours; after-hours rates may apply.
10. Customer Agreement
Approval of an estimate or invoice confirms acceptance of these terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
No liability for indirect or incidental damages unless caused by proven gross negligence.
12. Dispute Resolution
Mediation in Snohomish County, WA; arbitration may follow if unresolved.
13. Terms Subject to Change
Current terms at the time of service apply; updates will be posted here.
14. Customer Responsibilities
- Use Endeavor or approved technicians for service
- Keep maintenance and service records
- Maintain Total Comfort Plan if applicable
15. Manufacturer Support
We assist with manufacturer claims; approval/timelines are at the manufacturer’s discretion.
16. Registration
We register eligible systems when possible; customers should confirm registration status with the manufacturer.
Installation Quality Assurance
All installations meet ACCA standards, including airflow testing and post-install inspection. Documentation is provided at closeout.
Warranty & Financing
Financing does not affect your warranty. Any unpaid service costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Air Quality Product Notes
IAQ components may carry separate warranties. Labor for filter or UV lamp changes is not included unless specifically noted.
