Labor Warranty
- Installations: One-year labor warranty from the date of system startup or project completion, whichever comes first.
- Service Repairs: One-year labor warranty on parts installed by Endeavor Heating and Cooling technicians.
- Labor warranties apply only when the equipment is used under normal residential conditions and maintained as recommended.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
Most major HVAC equipment includes extended parts warranties through the manufacturer. We register all qualifying equipment on your behalf following installation.
Important: Manufacturer warranties typically cover the cost of replacement parts only. Labor for diagnosis, removal, or installation of the failed component is not covered and will be billed at standard service rates. Diagnostic charges also apply, as manufacturers do not reimburse for evaluation time or travel.

Maintenance Plan Member Benefits
- Annual labor warranty renewal with active Total Comfort Plan membership
- Priority service with 24-hour response guarantee (Mon–Sat)
- Enhanced maintenance reports via measureQuick® (where applicable)
Exclusions & Limitations
- Warranty does not apply to unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage from pests, flooding, corrosion, or electrical faults is not covered
- Neglected maintenance or unapproved filters may void coverage
- Diagnostic charges may still apply even if part is under warranty
Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. Authorized Service Required
Only Endeavor or authorized technicians may perform warranty work.
2. Claim Deadlines
Claims must be submitted during the coverage period. Retroactive labor reimbursement is not guaranteed.
3. Homeowner Access
We require clear access to equipment and copies of service records when reviewing warranty requests.
4. Scope of Coverage
Coverage includes labor for installation or workmanship defects. It does not include refrigerant, diagnostics, or shipping.
5. Effective Date
Coverage begins on the date of system startup or final invoice, whichever is earlier.
6. Maintenance Requirement
Warranty is void without routine filter changes and seasonal tune-ups.
7. Non-Transferability
Labor warranty is not transferable unless approved in writing by Endeavor during a real estate transaction.
8. External Damage
Damage due to power surges, flooding, fire, or misuse is not covered.
9. Emergency Service
Warranty service is performed during normal hours. After-hours rates apply otherwise.
10. Customer Agreement
By signing off on your estimate or invoice, you accept these terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for incidental damages unless due to proven gross negligence.
12. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved through mediation in Snohomish County, WA. Arbitration may follow if unresolved.
13. Terms Subject to Change
The warranty in effect at the time of service will apply. Updated terms will be posted here.
14. Customer Responsibilities
- Only use Endeavor or approved techs for work
- Keep all records and receipts
- Maintain active Total Comfort Plan (if applicable)
15. Manufacturer Support
We file warranty claims with manufacturers on your behalf. Final approval and part timelines are controlled by them.
16. Registration
We register all qualifying equipment. It’s your responsibility to confirm correct registration through manufacturer tools.
Installation Quality Assurance
All installs follow ACCA guidelines, airflow balancing, and post-install inspections. You’ll receive full documentation at closeout.
Warranty & Financing
Financing has no impact on warranty status. All unpaid service costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Air Quality Product Notes
IAQ products may carry separate warranties. Labor to replace filters or UV lamps is not covered unless stated.
