1. Terms & Conditions

Scheduling

Service is scheduled within estimated arrival windows. Arrival times may change due to traffic, emergency calls, or job complexity.

Scope of Work

Work is limited to the items listed in the accepted estimate or invoice. Additional work requires written approval.

Right to Suspend Work

Endeavor Heating and Cooling LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate work if unsafe conditions exist, hazardous materials are discovered, required permits cannot be obtained, customer responsibilities are not met, or payment obligations are not satisfied.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing. Past due balances may accrue interest and may be referred to collections.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide reasonable access to equipment, maintain safe work areas, and disclose known hazards such as asbestos, mold, pests, or structural issues.

2. Warranty Statement

New Installations

Qualifying installations include a one-year standard labor warranty from the date of completion unless otherwise stated in writing. An optional enhanced ten-year labor warranty may be available when purchased at the time of installation and documented in writing.

Repairs and Replaced Parts

Repairs and replacement parts installed by Endeavor include a one-year labor warranty on the specific repair or replaced component. This warranty applies only to the replaced component or repair performed and does not extend to unrelated system components.

Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer warranties are separate from Endeavor labor coverage and remain subject to manufacturer terms, registration requirements, and approval processes.

Out-of-Warranty Equipment

When equipment is outside the manufacturer warranty period, the customer is responsible for replacement parts and related material costs. Endeavor will diagnose the issue and install approved replacement components.

Maintenance Requirement

Warranty coverage may be denied when equipment failure results from lack of maintenance, improper filters, airflow restriction, neglected drains, or similar preventable conditions.

Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not include failures caused by misuse, neglect, environmental conditions, electrical surges, flooding, rodents, corrosion, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs.

3. Service Policies

Parts Availability

Equipment and parts availability are subject to manufacturer supply conditions. Endeavor is not responsible for manufacturer delays or supply chain disruptions.

Existing System Compatibility

System performance may be affected by existing ductwork, insulation, electrical systems, or building structure. Endeavor is not responsible for performance limitations caused by conditions outside the contracted scope.

Customer-Supplied Equipment

Endeavor does not warranty customer-supplied equipment or parts.

Work Outside License Scope

Endeavor Heating and Cooling LLC does not perform work outside the scope of its applicable licenses. Where additional trade work is required, the customer may need to retain a properly licensed contractor.

Permits and Inspections

Permit approvals and inspection scheduling are controlled by the applicable jurisdiction. Delays caused by permitting authorities do not delay payment obligations once mechanical completion is reached.

Condensate Drainage

High-efficiency heating and cooling systems produce condensate during normal operation. Maintenance of drain lines and pumps is the responsibility of the customer. Endeavor is not responsible for water damage caused by clogged drains, freezing, or lack of maintenance.

System Performance Expectations

Heating and cooling systems are designed to maintain reasonable indoor comfort conditions based on equipment capacity and building characteristics. Temperature differences between rooms or floors may occur due to insulation, duct design, or building layout and do not necessarily indicate equipment malfunction.

Thermostat Operation

Thermostat settings, programming schedules, and adjustments are the responsibility of the customer. Improper thermostat configuration may affect system performance.

Removed Equipment

Removed equipment becomes the property of Endeavor unless otherwise agreed.
