Warranty Information

Endeavor Heating and Cooling LLC

Endeavor Heating and Cooling LLC stands behind the quality of its work and the equipment it installs. Warranty coverage varies by equipment manufacturer, installation type, repair scope, registration status, and continued system maintenance. The information below is provided as a general summary of coverage terms.

Workmanship & Labor Warranty

Endeavor Heating and Cooling LLC provides a workmanship and labor warranty on qualifying installations and repairs related to defects in the original work performed by our company.

  • New Installations: Include a one-year labor warranty from the date of completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Optional Enhanced Labor Coverage: A 10-year labor warranty may be available when purchased at the time of installation and documented in writing.
  • Repairs: Include a one-year labor warranty on the specific repair performed unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Workmanship Coverage: Applies only to the original scope of work performed by Endeavor Heating and Cooling LLC.
  • Continued Validity: Coverage applies under normal residential conditions with proper system maintenance and filter replacement.

Manufacturer Parts Warranty

Most equipment includes a manufacturer parts warranty. Coverage periods vary by brand, product type, installation application, and product registration. Manufacturer warranties are administered by the manufacturer, not by Endeavor Heating and Cooling LLC.

In most cases, manufacturer warranty coverage applies to replacement parts only. Diagnostic time, travel, labor, shipping, refrigerant, crane service, permitting, code upgrades, and other incidental costs are not covered by the manufacturer unless expressly stated by that manufacturer.

Endeavor Heating and Cooling LLC will assist with warranty claim processing when applicable, but final warranty approval, part availability, and processing timelines remain subject to the manufacturer’s policies.

Warranty Information

Out-of-Warranty Equipment & Replacement Parts

When equipment remains within the manufacturer’s warranty period, Endeavor Heating and Cooling LLC will assist with warranty processing and replacement of eligible parts in accordance with the manufacturer’s policies.

When equipment or components are no longer covered under a manufacturer warranty, replacement parts become the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for the cost of replacement parts, shipping, and any related material required to complete the repair.

Endeavor Heating and Cooling LLC will diagnose the issue, recommend the appropriate repair, and install the replacement component once the repair is approved.

  • Customers are responsible for replacement parts when equipment is outside the manufacturer warranty period.
  • Parts availability, manufacturer approval, and supply chain timelines are outside of our control.
  • Replacement parts installed by Endeavor Heating and Cooling LLC include a one-year labor warranty on the installation of that specific part unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • The labor warranty applies only to the replaced component or repair performed and does not extend to other system components.
  • Warranty coverage does not extend to failures caused by unrelated system components.

Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, remain subject to the manufacturer’s approval, policies, and documentation requirements.

Maintenance & Extended Coverage

Regular maintenance helps protect system performance, improve reliability, and support warranty compliance. Certain warranty-related benefits may also depend on maintaining the equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

  • Routine filter replacement and general homeowner maintenance are required.
  • Periodic professional maintenance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain coverage claims.
  • Any maintenance-plan-related warranty extensions apply only when specifically stated in writing and while the plan remains active and in good standing.

Exclusions & Limitations

Unless otherwise stated in writing, warranty coverage does not include the following:

  • Improper use, neglect, abuse, or failure to maintain the system
  • Dirty filters, blocked drains, restricted airflow, or frozen coils caused by maintenance-related conditions
  • Damage caused by water intrusion, flood, fire, pests, corrosion, vandalism, power surges, electrical issues, or acts of nature
  • Third-party modifications, repairs, tampering, or service by others not authorized by Endeavor Heating and Cooling LLC
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect equipment operation
  • Refrigerant leaks or refrigerant loss outside the original warranted scope of work
  • Shipping charges, freight, crane charges, permit fees, inspection fees, and code-required modifications
  • After-hours, weekend, holiday, or emergency dispatch premiums unless specifically included in writing
